Exercises for the Treatment of CelluliteExercises for cellulite are important for a person who is suffering from cellulite as they can be the most easy to use method to remove cellulite. You must now lift the leg higher so as to form an angle with the floor of your home. This exercise is beneficial to improve the circulation of the back thigh area. Exercise for Inner thighYou can sit on a chair (preferably study chair) that does not have any type of wheels. You must then bend both of your knees at an angle of 90 degrees. Then, rest both of your feet on the floor of your home. You can use a pillow by placing it in between your thighs. The pillow exhale when you squeeze it, breathe as usual and hold your breath for a minimum period of one minute and aim to relax. Exercise for thigh's front portionYou can sit on a chair (preferably sturdy chair) that does not have any type of wheels. You must then bend both of your knees at an angle of 90 degrees. Then, rest both your hands on the study chair at your sides. You can then lift and simultaneously extend your right leg and exhale slowly. Breathe as usual and hold your breath for a minimum period of 30-45 seconds. You can afterwards lower the leg and inhale. You may then repeat the same procedure with your other leg. You can also undertake jogging, swimming, biking, walking and stair climbing to reduce cellulite and strengthen and tone lymph and posture. |
