Hair is an essential part of your overall appearance and any damage to them will definitely distort your public appearance. It is very often seen that people who have hair problems are reluctant to attend social gatherings, public events and meetings. - You must avoid the use of chemical-based products such as hair lotions, creams, hair sprays, serums, and styling gels as they contain traces of alcohol, which is not good for your hair.
- You must wash you hair with a good shampoo, free from any type of chemicals, once in a week. You can use herbal based shampoos that contain ingredients such as Tea tree oil, Eucalyptus, Jojoba, Olive oil and vegetable oils.
- Wash your hair with slightly warm water, do not attempt to wash your hair with very hot hair, as it can lead to damage to your hair and retard any further hair growth.
- It is essential that you must choose a shampoo or hair conditioner that is suitable for your hair type. You must also follow the instructions before making any use of them.
- You must not over-shampoo your hair as that can lead to possible damage to your hair and retard their future growth.
- You must eat fresh fruit and vegetables as they provide Vitamins to your body. Remember that healthy hair is a reflection of your healthy body.
- Massage your scalp with good herbal based oil so that the circulation of blood in your Body is increased and the supply of blood to the hair roots is also enhanced. You must massage your scalp once in a week.
- Frequent and long use of the hair dryer can pose a great threat to your hair. You must make sure, at all times that the dryer is not left unattended at a particular spot for long durations. The dryer must be kept at a feasible distance from your hair.
- Use a clean towel and do not share your hair accessories such as hats and combs with anyone else.
