To get the best results, you can divide your hair into two sections. After the sections have been made, put a little amount of Multani mitti powder through each of the two sections, rub the powder well and keep it on your hair for at least 10-15 minutes. Multani mitti tends to absorb most of the hair's dirt and grease and helps to control the oil secretion. You can also add a little amount of vinegar to the rinsing tap water to clean it in a proper manner. However, do remember to wash it after 20 minutes, do not use it for prolonged hours as that can results in spots on the back and face areas. You can also mix one tablespoon of malt vinegar in a glass full of water and add 3-4 drops of patchouli to it. Then, take a tablespoon of this mixture in your hand. Massage it gently to your head with your finger tips. After an hour, rinse it with cold water and brush and set hair afterwards. You must follow this treatment at least 2-3 times a week. Always remember that your hair is an indication of your inner health. Make sure that you have a balanced diet rich of essential nutrients such as Iron, protein and vitamins and have a sound sleep.
